How long does it take to activate the hosting service?

24 0 0

At TicketHelp, we know your time is precious and you want to start working on your website as soon as possible. The activation process depends on the payment method chosen and the type of service ordered.

1. Instant Activation (Card Payment)

If you choose to pay for your order online using a bank card, hosting account activation is, in most cases, instant.

  • As soon as the payment is confirmed by the processor, our system automatically generates the hosting package.

  • You will receive a "Welcome" email containing all login data (cPanel/DirectAdmin, IP, Nameservers).

2. Activation by Bank Transfer (OP)

In the case of payment by bank transfer, activation is done manually after confirming the transaction:

  • The service will be activated the moment the amount enters our bank account.

  • This process can take between 2 and 24 hours, depending on the processing speed of the banks involved.

  • Tip: For faster activation, you can send proof of payment (PDF confirmation) to our support department by ticket or email.

3. Factors that can delay the visibility of the site

Even if the hosting service is enabled, please note that delays beyond our control may occur:

  • DNS Propagation: If you have registered a new domain or changed the Nameservers of your existing domain, it may take 2 to 24 hours for the site to become visible from all over the world. This is a standard internet process.

  • Anti-Fraud Check: Occasionally, our system may hold an order for a manual security check if the data entered appears incomplete or suspicious. In this case, the activation is done in a maximum of a few hours during working hours.

What to do after activation?

Once you have received the email with the account data:

  1. Log in to the control panel (cPanel or DirectAdmin).

  2. Set up professional email addresses.

  3. Start uploading files (see Site Transfer Guide - AID 1).
