A professional email address (eg: nume@domeniultau.ro) is essential for the credibility of your business. At TicketHelp, the creation process is simple and takes less than a minute.
1. Account creation in cPanel
If your hosting package uses cPanel, follow these steps:

Log in to the cPanel.

Navigate to the Email section and click on Email Accounts.

Press the blue + Create button (located on the right).

In the Username section, enter the desired name (eg: office or Contact).

In the Password section, enter a strong password. We recommend using the "Generate" button for a complex password.

At Storage Space, you can limit the space allocated to that address or choose "Unlimited".

Press the + Create button to complete the process.
2. Account creation in DirectAdmin
If you are using the DirectAdmin panel (Evolution interface), follow these steps:

Log in to DirectAdmin.

Access the menu Email Manager -> Email Accounts.

Click the Create Account button in the upper right corner.

Enter the requested data:

Username: Account name (the part before @).
-
Password: Desired password.
-
Email Quota: Space limit (in Megabytes).
-
Press the final button Create Account. The system will show you a summary of the login data - keep it for the configuration on your phone or PC.
3. Accessing the new account
Immediately after creation, you can use the email in two ways:

Webmail: Access domeniul-tau.ro/webmail and log in with the full address and the set password.

External client: Configure the address in Outlook, Gmail or iPhone using IMAP (port 993) and SMTP (port 465).
