Webmail is a browser-based interface that allows you to access your email account directly from the Internet, similar to Gmail or Yahoo, but using your own work address (ex: contact@domeniultau.ro).
It is the ideal solution when you are not at your usual computer or when you want to manage your messages quickly, without configuring a complex mail client like Outlook.
1. How do you access Webmail at TicketHelp?
There are three simple ways to log in:

Direct Link (Recommended): Enter in the browser the address domeniultau.ro/webmail or webmail.domeniultau.ro.

Specific Port: You can use the address domeniultau.ro:2096 (for cPanel) or domeniultau.ro:2222 (for DirectAdmin).

At TicketHelp we use Roundcube, the most modern and intuitive Webmail interface. This allows you to:

Send and receive emails with attachments.

Manage a list of Contacts (Address Book).

Create Folders to organize messages.

Set professional Signatures with images or links.

Set up Autoresponders (Autoresponders) when you are on vacation.
4. Advantages of using Webmail

Mobility: You can read emails from any device (phone, tablet, public laptop) with internet access.

Real Synchronization: Everything you delete or move in Webmail will also be automatically reflected on your phone (if you use the IMAP protocol).

Security: Do not leave locally downloaded messages on a computer that does not belong to you.
Helpful Tips:

Change Password: If you are logged in to Webmail (Roundcube), you can change the password of your email address directly from the settings menu of the interface, without entering cPanel/DirectAdmin.

Spam Filters: Also from Webmail you can mark certain messages as Spam to "teach" the server to block them in the future.
