Open a TicketIn order to maintain an excellent IP address reputation and ensure prompt delivery of messages to all our customers, TicketHelp applies a policy of limiting the number of emails sent. This measure prevents the use of shared hosting servers for SPAM-type activities.
On our NVMe (Shared Hosting) hosting servers, the default limits are:
Hourly limit: Maximum 200 emails per domain.
Daily limit: We recommend a volume not exceeding 2000 messages per day to avoid alerting automatic traffic monitoring systems.
If you try to send more messages than the set limit allows:
Additional messages will be rejected by the server and you will receive an error like "Domain has exceeded the max emails per hour".
These messages will be queued or bounced.
If the system detects repeated massive overreach attempts, the account may be automatically suspended for security investigations.
Standard web hosting is not intended for sending newsletters to large databases. For marketing campaigns, we recommend:
Using dedicated services (such as Mailchimp, SendGrid or Brevo).
Limiting send scripts to a rate of 1 message every 15-20 seconds to stay within time limits.
Ensuring that all recipients have consented (GDPR) and that there is a functional Unsubscribe button.
If your business has grown and you need a limit higher than 200 messages per hour:
Account verification: Contact support for an account review. If the submissions are legitimate (order notifications, internal communications), we may adjust the limit under certain conditions.
VPS Server: If you need massive sending without strict restrictions, we recommend switching to a Virtual Private Server (VPS), where you have your own IP address and control total on the mail policy.
SPF & DKIM: Make sure these records are active in cPanel/DirectAdmin (Email Deliverability section). These confirm to the destination servers (Gmail, Yahoo) that the email is legitimate.
List cleaning: Do not send emails to non-existent addresses. A large number of "invalid addresses" (Hard Bounce) will cause the server score to drop.
